Climate change forum at the Rye public library, Nov 29
The Friends of the Rye Public Library will hold a forum entitled “New Hampshire’s Changing Climate and What You Can Do” this Thursday, November 29 at 7 pm, at the Rye Public Library. The featured speakers at this forum are Denise Blaha and Julia Dundorf, co-directors of UNH’s New Hampshire Carbon Challenge. From the Carbon Challenge’s website:
The New Hampshire Carbon Challenge is driven by a dedicated crew of New Hampshire residents who firmly believe that climate stabilization requires changes from all of us: as residents, homeowners, consumers, and citizens. We also believe these changes will not degrade the quality of our lives and can, in fact, enhance it. We are living proof!
This forum is free and is open to the public.
